serving a civic term of duty with the Defense Digital Service to build prototypes, scale products, and contribute to long term capabilities of the Department of Defense. leading a homegrown cyber-mitigation product to secure operations of Group 1 (0-20 lbs) vertical take off and landing (VTOL) unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
demystifying CBD and mushrooms in plant-based wellness
advised startups on customer positioning for functional wellness products. identified clear attribution models and conversion metrics to enable decision-making, and drive revenue. navigated CBD specific regulatory environment to deploy best-in-class commerce and subscription experiences.
doubling down on
skin-care as self-care
optimized Tatcha’s site experience to increase direct sales for the US, focused on driving customers further down the funnel, lifting AOV + conversion %, and improving net new + repeat customer journeys to grow engagement and retention.
grew international P&L with strategic expansion into APAC market. launched in Japan in an Olympic year (2021) with an omni-channel presence through direct sales (tatcha.jp) third party partnerships (Isetan), and IRL pop-up sales in Kyoto, Japan.
reaching 1 billion adult smokers around the world
built a cohesive strategy to meet smokers where they are in their combustibles journey to grow the DTC channel for JUUL Labs.
launched global programs and products from 0-1 (eg. JUULPass, JUUL’s global, online only membership program) to acquire customers, and establish tangible value for the direct channel vs. offline sales.
launched retail pilots with compelling value propositions to seamlessly connect offline and online, and reach adult smokers across the world.

the cruise industry isn’t traditionally known to be technology forward….but Royal Caribbean is leading the way.
one of the first product hires on the ground. drove various pieces of the holistic digital commerce strategy to deliver immersive onboard experiences for both guests / employees across the booking flow + account experience (iOS/android, web/mobile)
personalizing each cup brewed
overhauled Keurig’s DTC channel by leveraging robust customer data to build out growth and retention focused initiatives.
built the funnel, and optimized and delivered net new features for the core commerce experience and subscription program. improved existing customer loyalty program, and established personalization onsite. part of the foundational team that launched Keurig’s connected brewer ecosystem (powered by subscription).
